The Numbers Bars Calculated Values colors can not be changed based on a condition. Nor can the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" study be used to do this. We have noted this as a Feature Request. -- What you can do is use the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" to give you some kind of other notice that you can use - such as coloring the bar, placing a marker on the bar, or some other visual clue that you can use.
