To alert you when the "Closed Daily Profit/Loss" (cell J45) is less than -500, use the following formula: =$J$45 < -500 We do not know what study is ID3 and what you are wanting to do with it. If you want to tie multiple conditions together, then you would use the AND() or OR() functions.
