The Treasury Futures are traded on the CBOT exchange of the CME Group. You have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active right now. This is just the CME exchange, not the Full CME Group, which is composed of 4 exchanges (CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX). Therefore, you need to activate an option to get the data for CBOT in order to get the real-time data for the treasury futures.
