The following is the problem: Denali Data Feed | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2
You are connected to the data feed from two different computers at the same time, but you are not setup to get data to two computers at the same time. You either need to exit from Sierra Chart on one of the computers, or you need to pay double the exchange fees in order to allow the data to two computers. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously Note that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So if you want to pay the extra exchange fees and you set it up today (August 27, 2025) then you would pay the full amount for the extra exchange fees today and then pay again on September 1, 2025, to get the data for September. So you may want to wait until September 1 if you are going to do this.
