There are a lot of complications related to this, but there are ways to mitigate it, but it depends a lot on exactly how you have the Spreadsheet Study setup and the particular chart numbers that were copied from/to.

But, in the end, the best thing to do is to have a different spreadsheet file for each chartbook. What you will want to do is to change the spreadsheet filename that is used in the copied (CL) charts. Open the Spreadsheet Study for each of those charts and change the filename in the following location:
Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Spreadsheet Name / DLL File and Function Name

Once you have the new filenames setup, then you will be fine.

Note that if you are using different spreadsheet files for each chart for Gold, then you will want to do the same thing for Crude. If you were using a single spreadsheet file for all the Gold charts, then you should be able to use just a single spreadsheet file for all the Crude charts.
