It is not trying to open chartbooks from the main instance.

There are chartbooks from this instance that are trying to be opened, but they do not exist in this instances Data folder, as noted by these messages:
2025-08-22 12:36:16.463 | Files to Open on Startup | File does not exist: C:\SierraChart\SierraChart2735\SierraChartInstance_5\Data\MNQ 7 AM NEWS.Cht

If you want these files to automatically open, then you need to have them in the Data folder for this specific instance. If you do not want them to open in this instance, then you need to remove them from the automatically open option. Refer to the following:
General Settings Window: Select Files to Open On Startup (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Startup)

Also, turn off the NTP options in your sub-instances. You only need the main instance to do this. Note the following message related to this:
2025-08-22 12:37:08.835 | NTP Client | Set System Time failed: Windows error code 1314: A required privilege is not held by the client.

The chartbook that does open then has a problem loading the data, as it is stating that the symbols are incorrect. Note this line from the log:
2025-08-22 12:36:18.420 | MNQU25_FUT_CME [C] 555 Trades #2 | Symbol Settings not found for symbol. Unable to build continuous futures contract chart.

But these symbols are correct if the main instance is connected to the Teton CME Order Routing service, which is what our servers show you are connected to. Were you connected to Teton when you got this log?

If you change your service in the main instance, then you may need to change the symbols in the sub-instances by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
