Is your Message Log always blank? If so, then please check the following setting and make sure it is set to "No": General Settings Window: Disable Visual Message Logging Also, please set all the items on the "Global Settings >> Message Categories" window to "Yes", at least while we are going through this so we can see information in the log. Refer to the following: Message Categories Then please go through the steps in post #7 again to get us the log. -- With regards to the last image you supplied, you will notice that the trading for that symbol drops off towards the end of the day, as the few bars toward the end are just the Open/Close and do not show much trading (otherwise the High and Low would be further out). When we look at this symbol, there was no trading occurring after 16:42 Eastern US Time. So what you are seeing is not due to a problem with the data, it just simply is the data. As such, be sure to wait for tomorrow when this instrument is trading heavily and see if you are still behind. Then go through the steps to get us the log at that time.
