1. You could set your main session times to the following: - Start Time: 16:00:00 - End Time: 15:59:59 This is a reversed session time, where the beginning of the trading day starts in the previous day. 2. You are overthinking this. That default is just a default. Change it to whatever works best for what you want. 3. "Forward Project" means to extend the lines into the "Forward Projection" area of the chart. Refer to the following: Chart Drawing Tools: Forward Projection Area 4. The Time Period Length sets the amount of time over which a specific calculation is performed in combination with the Time Period Type. So for the "Period OHLC - Variable Period" a Time Period Type of "Week" with a Time Period Length of "1" would calculate each week (every 7 days) and give the OHLC lines for each week. The actual total number of days over which the calculation is done is defined by the "Number of Days to Calculate". Therefore, this number must be larger than the number of days defined by the Time Period Length and Type. For instance, if you have the Time Period Type as "Weeks" and the Time Period Length as "10" then you would need the "Number of Days to Calculate" to be at least 70 (7 x 10). And if you want to view 2 periods for the OHLC, you would need to calculate at least 140 days.
