Hello Team, I would like to clarify some concepts I faced when reading some indicators: 1. After reading https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SessionTimes.php#WhyReverseSessionTimes, does reverse session timings only have an impact when you enable Evening Session? I can't think of a reason where the chart would be affected in anyway if Evening Session is disabled but Reverse Session is enabled. Subsequent questions are on Previous/Period OHLC-Variable Period 2. Minimum Required Time Period as %. This is pretty simple and tells me what is minimally required to consider it as a period. However, the default was 5% which seems very compared to my understanding. This makes me think I might have misunderstood. Eg: If I use a Period: Week and Length: 1, it makes sense to have it more than 50~75% not 5% 3. Forward Project OHLC Lines. I'm totally lost in this, what is even a forward project (I couldn't seem to find any docs on this)? 4. What is the point of Number Of Days To Calculate when we have Time Period Length? Eg: What should I set Number Of Days To Calculate for Period: Week if I have Length of - 1 → Would this be 5 or 7 days? - 2 → 10 or 14 days? Thank you. |
