The Numbers Bars study allows you to have up to 3 columns of data. The first column you have configured to show the Bid x Ask numbers and to color the background according to the colors setup for Column 1. You do not have anything setup to display in Column 2, so that is why the green and purple coloring is not seen. If you want to color the data in Column 1, then you need to change that columns colors.
