If I try to manually change the 'Date Range in File From' by entering an earlier date, after clicking 'Apply All', the field reverts to the previous value and does not save the changes.
This should not be occurring for stocks. When you change the "Date Range in File From" to an earlier date and you select OK, you should get a prompt asking if you want to download more data based on what you entered. You would answer "Yes" to this and then the data will download. You can then go back and change the "Days to Load" for what you want, knowing that the data has been downloaded back to whatever you entered. Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Select "Chart >> Chart Settings". On the Data Limiting tab, change the value for the "Date Range in File From", and select OK to close that window. You should get a popup asking if you want to download more data - answer "Yes".
