The market depth data, and hence the Market by Order data, is only available from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. So if the stock is traded on the NASDAQ, then there should be MBO data for it. There is no way to know ahead of time, except by asking the exchange. Therefore, you would have to open the chart and see if the data is present. We see that you have both the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" and the "NASDAQ TotalView". Therefore, opening a symbol with either -NQTV or _MBO will allow you to view the Market by Order data.
