We find it hard to believe that the data is gone. So you do not see any files for ESM25.CME in your Data folder? Also, you are using Rithmic for your data, and that means that there is a lack of historical data. So with the transition to the new contract, you do not have the historical data available for that specific contract. This is probably also the reason for the missing scrollbar, as it sounds like all the data you have available is displayed on the screen at one time, so there is nothing to scroll back to. And due to using Rithmic, we can not recommend using a Continuous Futures Contract, as that will cause issues with getting data in general from Rithmic. In the end, we recommend getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed so you will not have these issues. Just keep in mind that the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates.
