In general, you would need to setup a chart with just the 1 month of data loaded by using the "Load Data Limiting Method: Date Range" settings. Then export the data using "Edit >> Export Bar Data to Text File". Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Load Data Limiting Method: Date Range >> Date Range From / To (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method: Date Range menu)

Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Bar Data to Text File

Where things get tricky is how you are going to handle the different contracts. You can either setup a Continuous Futures Contract chart and use that directly, or you would need to determine how to export the data you want for each individual contract. You can open a chart for older contracts by typing in the name directly on the Find Symbol window. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Continuous Contract (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)
