It could be what Sebastien states, but it most likely is that the chart is for the symbol ES. As we stated previously, you do not have access to the ES data while on a trial. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account You would need to either change the symbol for that chart to one you do have access to in order to view it, or you would need to change to a paid package.
