We can not say what exactly this is, as it could one of two possible things. 1. If this is actually in the DOM, then it is a pair of columns with the profiles turned on and one set to display left and the other right. This could be a Numbers Bars chart showing the Bid and Ask volumes with the Background Type set to one of the "Split" options.
