We do not know what you mean by "Alert Manager" and "Alert Log". To us, this is the same thing. There is a "Compact Alert Pop-Up" window, if maybe this is what you are referring to. This can be set for specific alerts to show in it. By default, alerts do not show in the "Compact Alert Pop-Up".
