Here it is in 3 steps: 1. Enable the hand tool to pan vertically Chart Drawing Tools: Vertical Movement and Scaling 2. Right click on the price scale and click Interactive Scale Range 3. Right click on the price scale again and click Scale Range: User Defined with Auto Set
Note that if you right click the price scale again, you will see a check mark next to Scale Range: User Defined and not Scale Range: User Defined with Auto Set However, if on the top menu bar you go to Chart >> Scale you will see check marks next to both Scale Range: User Defined and Scale Range: User Defined with Auto Set (I don't know the reason for this but it works so I'm not messing with it.)
