For a bit more context - this is for the Non-Professional requirement from the CME Group. That date needs to be in the future in order for you to get the real-time data at the non-professional rates. If you are always connected to your live, funded, futures trading account, then you do not need to worry about this. That date will keep updating, since you are always connected. Otherwise, as User135243 states, you would need to make a connection to that live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month to update that date.
