Run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and see if you have the same issue. In Safe Mode custom studies do not work. If you do not have a problem in Safe Mode, then this would point to a custom study that is causing an issue. You would need to determine the particular study and figure out why it is causing an issue (or contact the developer and have them look into it).
