Make sure your "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" is set to 1 tick. Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

If it is already 1 tick, then the issue you are having is due to your data provider. You will not have this issue with the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
