For the CME Group data, products are only traded on the one exchange. To see the data similar to what you posted, select "File >> Open Market Depth Window". Refer to the following: File Menu: Open Market Depth Window (File) Just so you are aware, we do not have the breakdown by exchange for the Market Depth data for U.S. Equities. We only have Market Depth data for the NASDAQ exchange.
