We do not need any further information about the problem. It is not going to help us. This is a system specific issue. You need to resolve your problems on your system. This is a system issue:
As I opened the Sierra support board from the help menu, to post this message, it all started again, everything began to slow down, the mouse moved differently, could not select various things, could not type in MS Word where I compose these messages before posting them here, so I quickly shut down Sierra, and then everything works fine. I opened Chrome not going through the link from Sierra and it opened as usual, did not cause a problem.

If a sub instance is not automatically opening, through this setting:
General Settings Window: Instances to Run on Startup (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> New Instances)

Check the Window >> Message Log for any errors related to starting the instance.
