It looks like you are connected to the "SC Data - All Services" service, therefore you would be getting the delayed streaming data from us.

If you want to get real-time data for the CME Group, then first you need to be aware of the requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:

When you have the above worked out, then you can setup the data by following these instructions:
