If these are drawings, such as rectangles, then use the "Extending Rectangle" drawing instead of the rectangle. If these are subgraph displays from a study (such as VWAP) and you are displaying lines, then you can set the "Draw Style" to be "Line Extend to Edge", which will then project the last value forward.
