As far as we can tell, it is just a difference in colors, and possibly the widths of the bars. To change an Up bar color, you change the color of the "High" subgraph color for the Heikin-Ashi study. And to change the Down bar color, change the "Low" subgraph color for the Heikin-Ashi study. The above assumes that the option at the top of the Subgraph tab for "Use Chart Graphics Settings for Subgraph Colors" is not checked. If that option is checked then you would need to change the color and widths using the graphics settings noted below for the widths.
