1, 2, 3. You need to set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "Interactive Brokers" to access the CME data. Refer to:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#CME

Otherwise you have to pay substantially higher exchange fees.

If you no longer have an Interactive Brokers account or with another trading service, you will have to pay substantially for CME data.

The symbols you need to use in Sierra Chart must correspond to the Data or Trading service you are using. So in this case you need to use the Interactive Broker symbols you find in File >> Find Symbol. You will still get the data from the Sierra Chart data feed.

4. This is too vague for us to understand.

Provide an image of 2, but not more, of the charts, by following these instructions:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#Image

5. If you have set the time zone to New York time, then the timescale of the charts most certainly will be that time. However, charts can be independently set to any time zone separate from the global time zone setting. All of this is covered in the time zone documentation:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TimeZone.html

We had a look at the Message Log and your computer time zone and clock settings are correct:

Time Zone: -04:00:00 (EST-05EDT+01,M3.2.0/02:00,M11.1.0/02:00) | 2014-08-03 06:12:34
2014-08-03 19:12:34 Local computer clock time | 2014-08-03 06:12:34
2014-08-03 10:12:34 GMT time | 2014-08-03 06:12:34
2014-08-03 06:12:34 Time zone adjusted time | 2014-08-03 06:12:34
Time difference to server time: 1 seconds. | 2014-08-03 06:12:34

Most likely if you still it are confused about the timescale, the issue is not related to the time zone but something with the Session Times and the time frame per bar.
