Hello

I have just paid for 3 months level 5 access, CME full data, and ICE data with the SC data service.

I have the following questions which I have not been able to resolve myself. I am moving from using TWS and trying your package for the next 3 months. At the moment what is being presented n screen just does not make sense to me. My issues are as follows and I would appreciate if you could assist me with understand the issues;

1 I have 4 e-mini contracts on screen. ES, YM, and NQ. I have tried to add TF but it doesn't seen to exist in your search facility. Instead there is a RJU14 contract. Is this the e-mini TF?

2 the charts only display until the following dates; ES until 25-7-14 @ 2:19. YM chart until 25-7-14 @ 5:28, NQ chart until 27-7-14 @ 24:00. I have turned on full session data. Where is the rest of the data and missing days and sessions?

3 In your literature it states M will display when using SC real time data. I cannot see this mark anywhere to indicate real time access is enabled.

4 All 4 charts on screen show different days and times, and scales. It is impossible to monitor and compare the 4 contracts together simultaneously. I have tried to configure scale and time frames but have not been able to achieve any meaningful synchronisation between them.

5 I am very confused about what time is being displayed at the bottom of the chart. I am located in Japan, however want all charts to display New York time. I have changed setting in global settings but i do not know if this is actually reflected in the chart screens, as there is no indication of what chart is on what time. I cannot match any of the displayed times to any time, local or otherwise.

I am due to start test the software for 3 months starting on Monday at NY market cash open, but currently I cannot understand what is being displayed on the 4 charts or synchronise the time and scale between them, so I'm not able to currently use the package for my trade plan.

Could you lease help me solve these issues. I will continue to search for a solution to my questions on your support sites, but I have been messing with this a couple of days, and still don't have a set up on screen that is useful to me.

I have sent the log to you directly from the software.
