You are getting the data from Rithmic, and Rithmic has a lack of historical data. We recommend NOT using a Continuous Futures Contract with Rithmic data, as the system is trying to get historical data that it can not get from Rithmic. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Continuous Contract (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) If you want/need this historical data, then the solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead.
