You refer to a custom study - to us a custom study is one that is not built-in to the system. Are you actually using a custom study or are you using the built-in studies provided with the system? Please follow the instructions we gave regarding the Message Log in post #4 and when the sub-instance crashes please get us the log by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching a File (Optional) Also, please start a sub-instance in "Safe Mode" and let us know if you have the same problem.
