Hello, I have been having the above problem for the past day whereby the downloaded freezes at about 70% of the download and the programme then has the 'not responding' message. Daily historical downloads appear to be fine. My data is from T4 on a sim account and am in the middle of a trading assessment so am under pressure to resolve this asap so your help will be much appeciated. Thanks Giles
