Did you completely delete the Sierra Chart installation? You did not need to do that and we did not specify that. There are also backups of all of your Sierra Chart files in the Backups subfolder of the Sierra Chart installation. There are backups of Chartbooks, spreadsheets and the global configuration in that folder. With the files in that folder you will not lose anything and do not have to do any reconfiguration. We are definitely confirming after a code review, that when this setting is set to blank or 0, there is no possibility of an Alert Message being sent to the chat.: General Settings Window: Chat Identifier or Chat Name for Alert (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts >> Notification) You must have missed that setting somewhere. And it is just a single setting. It is not one that is connected with a particular Alert number requiring you to select specific Alert Number first. Even if there were a lot of messages queued up to be sent, they would all be sent at once. But maybe on the telegram side they were just being delayed. Maybe there was a situation where there were hundreds of messages to be sent and they took some time to go through. That is the only scenario we can think of where setting that number to zero would not stop messages already queued. No this does not matter: The reason for this i am thinking is because i straight away first deleted the chat group without disabling send alert to telegram.
