1. Make sure the settings are correct on the Trade Activity Log. Refer to: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity In the case of a sub instance, simulated trading that is not using Trade Simulation Mode in that instance is considered non-simulated trading. 2. Perform a futures rollover as explained here: Changing to a New Futures Contract Month 3. This is simply impossible: the Trade DOM was showing as if ES was being traded but on the Trade log it was showing trades on MES only
There is no possibility of this. Therefore, we are not understanding the issue you are having. Maybe you are looking at the wrong Trade window.
