Dear Team, Thank you for your response. I have AMP futures live trading account. This is a new requirement for me as I have been using Sierra Charts for the past seven years. I have already paid for the Denali feed. Could you please advise if I need to enter my credentials in Sierra Charts or if I should reach out to my broker for assistance? In the past, when contacting our broker, they have redirected us to Sierra Charts, claiming it is not their responsibility. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in clarifying this matter.
