John, thanks. I called Amp and they told me that you guys do not supoort rythemic and given i have updated the software to the latest version, i am running into an issue. What do i need to do to ensure either you guys become my broker and i get the data from you or keeping AMP as my broker and would a CQG feed work?

We are not a broker. You will still need the trading account in order to get the CME Data at the Non-Professional price. Seems like there is a lot of confusion between Sierra and the Brokers. Do you think its a bad idea to setup CQG or Amp given that i trade mostly stocks but i need the futures to look at the overall direction of the market?

Dear Team, Thank you for your response. I have AMP futures live trading account. This is a new requirement for me as I have been using Sierra Charts for the past seven years. I have already paid for the Denali feed. Could you please advise if I need to enter my credentials in Sierra Charts or if I should reach out to my broker for assistance? In the past, when contacting our broker, they have redirected us to Sierra Charts, claiming it is not their responsibility. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in clarifying this matter. You need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your AMP account. You would either be setup to use CQG or our Teton order routing service for the connection.
