In order to be able to connect to a trading or data service, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Right now, you are on the "Base Advanced" package. To do so, select the following link and select the package you want from the menu to the left, then select the "Update/Set" button. When you change your package, we do not give a refund or charge for it, rather we adjust your remaining Usage Time based on the difference in the package pricing. You can get the real-time data from Rithmic through Apex. If that is what you want, then just follow the instructions we gave above.
