Do you accept bank transfers from Skrill ? Or any bank tranfer for that matter? I haven't found a regular card payment other than for a certain money service, is it not supported?

The options for payments are on our Payments page, including the option for Wire Transfer and Zelle. We do not have support for Skrill.

1. SC DATA - sim1 account works fine. But it looks like it's only one account for simulating and recording daily profit and loss in points without demo money, margins, stats engaged? My account for FDAXM futures is there but cannot change it's balance or margins, canot activate it, cannot make a new trading account.

You can have multiple simulated accounts. Refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Number of Simulation Accounts (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General)

But the built-in simulation mode is limited and does not have an Account Balance or margin. To have these features you need to use the "Simulated Futures Trading Service" also called the "Trading Evaluator".

2. Trading Evaluator(delayed) - my demo account created alright, margins for symbols are there, I expect to meet the simulated trading environment with proper point value per contract and ,,real money'' profit and losses etc. But it doesn't work...

It looks like when a trade account is created it's considered as a ,,real account'' and Trading Evaluator - delayed wouldn't allow to execute the order.

So how can I reconfigure sim1 account to meet my requirements ? And what's the Trading Evaluator for in the end ?

Or is it the case of not having a proper demo account at any brokerage services so I can't virtualize the whole experience ?

When you create an account with the Trading Evaluator, you use that account, not the simulation accounts (i.e. do not use Sim1). Also, since you are on a trial and only getting the Delayed Streaming Data, you need to use the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed".

(PS. Now I'm unable to place a sim1 SC Data order on FDAXM, I place one successful bracket order, flattened it. The next one doesn't fire up , the log says: StartDateTimeForLoadingOrderFills: 00:00:00 (?) These orders are on trade activity log, as it appears, but never showed up on the screen. I;m on delayed data from today's NY session. When I restart Sierra it let's me do 1 trade, then i'm locked out, nothing comes up on pressing buy/sell. Also is there an option to disable/enable moving the brackets? It worked yesterday, today it stopped working. )

Is this when connected to SC Data - All Services and using the Simulation Mode, or is this with the Trading Evaluator?

We need more information on what is occurring and when you try to place an order are you getting an error? Also, look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" after having an issue and see what it shows in there.

The log showing "StartDateTimeForLoadingOrderFills: 00:00:00" does not mean anything. It is just informational.
