Do not change your tick size. Set the Tick Size back to 0.25. Then make the following changes: - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Combine Increment in Ticks: 4 - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Recent Bid/Ask Volume Columns: Yes This should resolve your issues.
