You have us a bit confused, as the "Period OHLC - Variable Period" does not have an Input to set a "Start Time". If you are wanting to have a Weekly Open, High, Low, and Close that starts at a different time than the Session Start Time, then you would need to have a separate chart that has the Start Time set as you want it to be and then you can use the "Period OHLC - Variable Period" on that chart and then overlay that result to the chart you want.
