Hello, for several weeks / months I have big problems with connections on my account simulation and more on my real account infinity on sierra chart. My broker is infinity and I have no problem to connect on their platform but the connection between sierra chart and infinity is a big problem every time i open sierra chart . There is no problem with my firewall and my antivirus because when i disconnect them , problem is still there . Can I send you the message log for analysis? |
