After 5 PM US Eastern time on Friday, April 28, 2023 the following exchanges, with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed are being discontinued: - S&P Indices - Dow Jones Indices - Dow Jones Indices (Professional) - CBOE Indices - NASDAQ Indices - U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX) - Hong Kong Futures Exchange - Hong Kong Futures Exchange with Market Depth - MorningStar FOREX spot/cash - CBOE Europe Equities For the Cash Indices (S&P, Dow Jones, CBOE, NASDAQ), the replacement data feed is *NASDAQ Global Indexes. Instructions to use that are here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq Global Index Data Feed Make sure you are on a current version of Sierra Chart to use this data feed: Software Download: Fast Update ----- For "U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)" the following will be the case: 1. If you have the "US Equities" exchange active with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed* in April 2023, then we will activate for you in May 2023, the US Equities Consolidated Tape exchange which is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, if you have completed the market data agreements here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_STOCKS Be sure to complete these agreements. 2. You will need to make sure you are running a current version of Sierra Chart. Update instructions: Software Download: Fast Update 3. Any time from April 29 onward, update the symbol settings to access this new feed. Instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Therefore, you will seamlessly access the new real-time US equities consolidated tape data feed effective May 1. The symbol formats are the standard stock symbols, like IBM, or you can use the format [stock symbol]-USCT.
