We work through our board as fast as we can. By continuing to post, you actually move yourself further back in the queue, as the newer post puts you back at the beginning. So you should not continue to post and just wait for an answer. The only thing we can think is that you are not using the "-NQTV" suffix for the symbols. Rather than MSFT, you need to enter the symbol as MSFT-NQTV. When you add that suffix, then that tells us to get the data from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange.
