Great. Now I don't get any market depth data from Nasdaq total view. Can you please confirm is it just with me or there is a problem with data feed?

Is that so hard to answer?

We work through our board as fast as we can. By continuing to post, you actually move yourself further back in the queue, as the newer post puts you back at the beginning. So you should not continue to post and just wait for an answer.

The only thing we can think is that you are not using the "-NQTV" suffix for the symbols. Rather than MSFT, you need to enter the symbol as MSFT-NQTV. When you add that suffix, then that tells us to get the data from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange.

If you are using the -NQTV suffix, then refer to the following for things to check when you are not getting the full Market Depth data:

I find the solution! In C:\sierrachart\Data\MarketDepthData\ folder there was files like this:
msft-NQTV.depth
MSFT-NQTV.depth

I've deleted all depth files and opened chart again and all works!
Was it all because of the conflicting files names for same symbols?

Actually I thought there is no difference in typing symbol name in lower/upper case characters, but I suppose that it is.

It should not have been related to the multiple files. Maybe a file was corrupted and when you deleted it, you solved the issue. We really do not know.
