Add the TPO study, then add the Volume by Price study. When you do this, the Volume by Price study will automatically be setup to match the TPOs. In order to get the Volume profiles right-aligned as they are in the image, set the Input on the Volume by Price study for Right Align Volume Bars to Yes.
