Whichever one works best for your purposes you should use. We are working on getting the Consolidated Tape for the NASDAQ TotalView, but we just do not have it done yet. In order to connect to any trading service, or get real-time data, you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages. You can not be on Package 3 and connect to IB.
