If you have not already gone through it, then go through the instructions at the following link to ensure you have everything setup for the MBO data: Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions Also make sure that your Symbol Settings do not have a very large value for the Minimum Market by Order Quantity set for the symbol. Right now, we would recommend setting this to the Default, which should be 0. If you change the symbol settings, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed to get the system to recognize the updates.
