Your Message Log is showing that you are getting the real-time data, and the images of the charts shows that you are getting the real-time data (note the number after DD: in the Chart Header for the CQG connection shows -00:00:01, and 1 second would just be the difference between your computer's clock and the data feed, so it is nothing to be concerned with. We really do not see any issue with what we see. Why do you think you are not getting the real-time data when you are connected to your CQG account?
