To start with, you have activated our NASDAQ TotalView exchange, for which you need to add the -NQTV suffix in order to get the data from that exchange. Otherwise, without the suffix, you are getting data from our U.S. Equities exchange, for which you are not setup to get the real-time data, as you have seen. To solve the issue of the symbol translation, you need to use the Chart >> Symbol >> Trade And Current Quote Symbol. You will enter the IB symbol in this field. You should also set the option for Use as Trade Only Symbol to Yes.
