We really do not know why you are not able to get additional data. Everything looks good, and when we open your chart (and change the symbol for the service we use) we get the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1674252009275.png Which is all the data for this product since it launched around July of 2021. Please try opening a new chart for this product and set it to a Continuous Contract - Date Rule Rollover. See if the data comes into that chart correctly. If not, then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download and if you can take an image of the window that comes up with the contracts to be redownloaded, then please do and post it to this thread for us to take a look.
