When i open up a chart it has to be a intraday chart and it can't be a daily chart? To see the TPO profile, it has to be an Intraday Chart. Daily charts do not have the necessary information within them to generate a TPO profile. I have tried to enter the Profile Time Period Length as 300 and Profile Time Period as daily, but i still only have TPO data for whenever SC was open and connected to IB. You need to look at the data you have in the chart. If you do not have 300 days of data, then you can not get a TPO for 300 days of data. If this is a Futures contract you are looking at, then do you have it set to be a Continuous Futures Contract? If you are not able to get the data from Interactive Brokers, then we recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. You will not have any issues with this data.
